Anton is a leader with 25+ years’ international experience of driving results within the fields of Innovation, Insight-driven Marketing and Transformation. He has a diverse experience as line manager, researcher and management consultant across product and brand development, market launches, customer/consumer centricity, and companywide transformation initiatives. Anton has a track record of leading, engaging and motivating teams to reach outstanding results - rooted in data and an evidence-based approach. He is driven by passion and creativity and always leads with a consumer/customer experience-first mindset.

• I started my journey as a consultant within consumer psychology and consumer/brand/market research. After almost 10 years of working within large consultancy network, co-founder of two agencies (and a failed start up within the fitness industry), I joined Electrolux to experience the client side. During 12 years I held regional and operational roles within business units (and two continents) as well as global roles with the task to lead transformation towards innovation/growth and customer experience and brand development.

• My passion at work is to create highly engaged teams and coworkers - that with passion creates state of the art brand and Consumer experience innovations- fueled by high level of creativity, willingness to "do more" and dare to aim high.
